Innovative Transportation Solutions is hiring Class A and Class B CDL drivers with a Passenger (P) Endorsement to transport construction crews at our Childress, Texas project site.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Safely operate shuttle buses transporting construction crews

• Follow designated routes throughout the construction project

• Ensure workers arrive at their assigned locations on time

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Follow DOT regulations and site safety requirements

• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL

• Passenger (P) Endorsement REQUIRED

• Air Brake qualification required

• Must be at least 23 years of age

• Safe driving record

• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing

• Ability to meet DOT medical requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Ability to communicate effectively in English for job-related safety instructions

• Ability to sit for extended periods and safely lift up to 35 lbs.

Important: Passenger Endorsement training is not available for out-of-state applicants. Required qualifications must be obtained before hiring.
