JOB SUMMARY Innovative Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers to operate transit buses at our Claude, TX yard. Your core responsibility will be shuttling Hoffman construction workers across the active construction sites. This role offers excellent job security and local routes with zero public customer-facing responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Workforce Transport: Safely transport construction crews to and from designated project areas on time.
• Site Safety: Strictly adhere to construction site safety regulations, rules, and Texas traffic laws.
• Vehicle Checks: Complete mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• License: Must already hold a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brakes.
• Age: Must be a minimum of 23 years of age.
• Record: Clean driving record with a clear background check and drug screen.
• Language: Must speak fluent English.
• Dress Code: Jeans, Polo T-shirts, and Tennis Shoes.
• Physical: Must pass a DOT pre-employment physical and physical clearance.
